Skyway Drive leads to the gated entrance of Wing South. Inside the gates are 59 residences and these residences sit on individual parcels of land that are quite large. However, they are legally considered condominium unitis. These condos are referred to as hanger homes. Wing South is the only Southwest Florida location for hanger homes. Skyway Drive is used as a taxiway to and from the airstrip and the runway area property is 5,280 x 208 feet, just over 25 acres. There is a 4400 ft long by 100 ft wide macadam runway. The are approximately 3 acres near the clubhouse and admin building. There is a lake, 2 tennis courts, and a fuel tank.
