    • Fast paced methodical reps running and receiving hand off and make your move downfield

  • Competition - QB ---> RB Connection - Reverse and Double Reverse - Point Based

DEFENSIVE DRILLS

  • Angle Drill, 2nd Drill, 3rd Drill
  • Competition - Defensive Groups - Points on Flags pulled properly

WHAT SETS PROVING GROUNDS APART?

Preparation: Investing time and teaching the game of football so all participants feel empowered with a higher level of knowledge which will instill confidence and improve the play for all involved

Game Management: Trained and certified officials to officiate the competition with the highest amount of integrity.

Inclusion:  Smaller rosters to create more playing time for all participants.

Parity:  The draft is a huge difference maker in creating competition for all participants. The experience of the draft and the more evenly distributed talent will create a fun, competitive experience.

Higher Level of Competition: Honing in on the fundamentals and increasing the base knowledge prior to structured competition, all participants will be more prepared to execute and play at a higher level.

PROVING GROUNDS would love to see every game be a nail-biter game with each team finding success scoring on offense and defense!

 

 

 

TEAM NAMES

Natural Disasters: Cyclones, Hurricanes, Tornadoes, Earthquakes, Tsunamis, Blizzards, Lightning, Wildfire

Predators: Bears, Cougars, Bobcats, Badgers, Lions, Tigers, Cheetahs, Jaguars

Simple Flags - white belts, colored flags, no 3rd flag confusion

Versatile offensive setups - sweeps and 5 yard downfield screens allowed

No intentional contact

3 timeouts per half | 5 minute half-time

Officials use stopwatches
